Nutrition is the foundation of the CrossFit pyramid but it is often neglected and misunderstood. Many of us are not eating to optimize our health and performance in the gym. Get the knowledge you need to nail your new year nutrition goals in 2017. Our Nutrition Seminar and Challenge is designed to promote healthy food choices that are sustainable for a lifetime. The challenge will begin on Jan. 1st 2017 through Jan. 31st 2017. During that 30 days you’ll develop habits on healthy eating and food choices to create a lifelong plan for success.
The challenge includes body fat, weight and other measurements before and after the challenge so we can measure improvement. We will also have a FB support group created for those that wish to participate in the challenge where we will provide recipes, motivation and inspiration. There will also be prizes given away throughout the challenge and at the end.
