Why CrossFit? I started CrossFit because I was unhappy where I was with myself in life and I made the decision to make a change.  Aside from the obvious of wanting to help people and seeing them accomplish things they never thought possible, you don’t do this unless you love helping people.  I became a coach to show people anyone can do it.  I had absolutely no athletic background.  The most athletic thing I’d ever done was PE in school.  I have worked hard to get where I am today.  With 3 kids and life often gets in the way here I still am.  I just want to be an example to my athletes.  Anything is possible, its okay not to be perfect all the time and enjoy your life.  My goal every day as a coach is that everyone leaves my class having enjoyed that hour with me.  They leave feeling accomplished, empowered and refreshed.
