Favorite Workout: Grace (30 Clean & Jerks)  I really love workouts that involve the barbell!

Why CrossFit?  I fell in love with CrossFit the very first time I went. My first workout was very intense and I remember loving the support system at the gym and having the extra push.  CrossFit not only helped me with my physical goals but helped me grow mentally and I have been addicted ever since.  Going to a regular gym without my gym family makes no sense now.  I love how varied the workouts are and I always feel challenged.  I am never bored and always have a goal I am trying to reach.  I wanted to help others reach their goals because I know how exciting and rewarding that can be.  The importance of a good coach in CrossFit is essential to getting good results and staying safe.
