Why CrossFit?: I started Crossfit because I was at a point where I knew my habits needed changing. They weren’t the best, to say the least. I tried a week of classes with a friend on a whim and never looked back. I absolutely love that feeling of leaving it all on the floor (figuratively and literally) …and that was what happened with every single workout. I started tracking my progress and seeing improvements in my movements, my endurance, my energy, and so much more. I was meeting so many incredible new people and loving every minute. I thrive on a routine, and Crossfit very quickly became a part of that for me. It still is now, and it will continue to be in the future. It allows every athlete, no matter the level, to continuously progress and improve upon their health and fitness goals one workout at a time. How lucky am I do be a part of something like that?
