Getting Started

Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit Slake!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your introductory session.  During your intro session, we will sit down and talk about what you are trying to achieve with goals and come up with a plan of action to meet those goals the fastest. We will watch your movement mechanics to make sure you are moving correctly. We believe that moving safely is the number 1 priority at our gym.

New to CrossFit?  Our Fundamentals program is designed to give you an introduction to CrossFit where you will learn to perform movements safely and effectively. We focus on the movements that you see in class so you are confident walking into a class knowing how to move well.  You will meet with a  coach for 4 personal training sessions which will cover the movements in CrossFit. This is the best bang for your buck for long term success.

Absolutely!

CrossFit is for anyone looking achieve real results.  CrossFit has benefited many from the overweight to the high school athlete.   No matter your fitness level, CrossFit Slake can help you achieve your fitness goals.  Every workout is able to be scaled to your fitness level and ability.
