Getting Started

Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit Slake!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your introductory session.  During your intro session we will sit down and talk about what you are trying to achieve with goals and come up with a plan of action to meet those goals the fastest. We will watch your movement mechanics to make sure you are moving correctly. We believe that moving safe is the number 1 priority to become the best athlete.

New to CrossFit?  Our CrossFit Fundamentals program is designed to give you an introduction to CrossFit where you will learn to perform movements safely and effectively. We focus on the foundational side of CrossFit. You will meet with a Slake coach for 4 personal training sessions which will cover the movements in CrossFit.

Is CrossFit for Me?

Absolutely!

CrossFit is for anyone looking achieve real results.  CrossFit has benefited many from the overweight to the high school athlete.   No matter your fitness level, CrossFit Slake can help you achieve your fitness goals.  Every workout is able to be scaled to your fitness level and ability.
