Why CrossFit?  I have always le an active lifestyle.  My whole life I have been involved with sports and exercise but nothing has challenged me the way CrossFit has.  I love the variation in workout and the way they allow me to challenge myself and push my body to its limits.  Prior to getting my CF L1 I was an ACE certified personal trainer for several years.  However, after trying CrossFit for myself I immediately knew it was something I wanted to be involved with and become a coach.  A big reason I was driven to get my L1 is because I love the community aspect of CrossFit.  It is amazing to see the support and encouragement each person has for one another day after day in the gym.  I really enjoy sharing my knowledge of CrossFit with people of all fitness levels and walks of life so that they too are able to meet their fitness goals in a place they feel welcomed, supported and motivated by others around them.
