Why CrossFit?: In 2012, my first CrossFit WOD brought a whole new meaning to the word fitness. Before CrossFit, I was running in 5k’s and participating in local races and runs and working out in traditional gym. No workout I had ever done, even running a marathon, had left me feeling like I did after my first CrossFit workout. After implementing a CrossFit regimen to my lifestyle I quickly began to reach new fitness goals and realized I had much more energy. I am looking forward to helping others achieve their goals through the sport of fitness.
